Following his Hotel and Catering studies, Eric was plunged into the Michelin starred environment from a very early age. Eating well and drinking well swiftly became his passions!

Eric happily globe-trotted for many years (notably spending a fair amount of time in England and the USA) His love of great wines arose during the time he spent in Florida, working alongside his manager, Paul Bocuse.

A distinguished marathon-runner, Eric’s thoroughness and commitment have been at the service of the clients of Vignobles et Châteaux since 2018.
