An ardent lover of cookery since he was knee-high to a grasshopper, Patrick enjoyed a successful international culinary career for almost 20 years before studying oenology in Burgundy and finally moving into the world of wine.

Prior to joining the Vignobles et Châteaux team in 2003, his extensive travels took him across both North (USA and Canada) and South America (Brazil) and gave him the added advantage of becoming trilingual. A highly-skilled show-jumper, Patrick’s weekends are divided between competing in show-jumping events and participating in wine-tastings the world over.
