An ardent lover of cookery since he was knee-high to a grasshopper, Patrick enjoyed a successful international culinary career for almost 20 years before studying oenology in Burgundy and finally moving into the world of wine.

His travels took him to South America (Brazil) and North America (USA and Canada) and enabled him to master English, Spanish and Portuguese, before finally joining the Vignobles et Châteaux team in 2003. A highly-skilled show-jumper, his weekends are divided between competitions and wine-tastings all over the world.
