THE WINE
This cuvée is a good example of the rarities that Burgundy has. It is a monopoly because the owner o this vineyard is the only one to have planted pinot noir in this appellation, which is very famous for its whites.
Plot : Located on the top of Montrachet, the soil is quite poor in clay. As is often the case on this type of soil, the pinot noir produces a very fine, elegant wine with little colour.
