Maxime-François Laurent / Domaine Gramenon “Il fait soif” 2020 – Côtes-du-Rhône

THE PROPERTY

This activity of small négoce was created by Maxime-François Laurent in 2006 alongside Domaine Gramenon.
He joined forces with a neighboring winegrower who owns 6 hectares of vines in the communes of Montbrison sur lez and Valréas.

He monitors the plots and the work in the vineyard throughout the year. Just like at Domaine Gramenon, the entire vineyard is cultivated without chemicals with respect for the living. The clay-limestone subsoils bring fruity and sunny notes to the wines.

Maxime vinifies all of the wines released under his label. The vinification is as natural as possible with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration and a unique light sulphiting after Malolactic fermentation.
