Jérôme Bretaudeau – La Justice 2019 BIO

A talented winemaker in the Pays Nantais (Muscadet), Jérôme Bretaudeau blends Chardonnay (80%) with the unrivaled Savagnin (20%), which is normally found in the Jura.

Aged in ovoid vats and amphorae for 14 months, thus benefiting from micro-oxygenation due to the porosity of the materials, the wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling. Minerality, salinity and complexity are present, a very nice discovery.
