Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux – Doucinello 2020 – Vacqueyras

THE PROPERTY

In 1990, Serge Férigoule took over the reins of the property Le Sang des Cailloux after having worked for 10 years with the former owner. One of the flagship domains of Vacqueyras of 17 hectares located opposite the Dentelles de Montmirail. In 2003, his son Frédéri joined him and together they began the conversion to biodynamics.

With a clay-limestone soil, reddish brown, and its rolled pebbles, Le Sang des Cailloux mainly produces red. However, for several years Serge and Frédéri have also been producing white cuvées.
