Clos Puy Arnaud «Cuvée Pervenche» 2019 – Castillon Côte de Bordeaux

Owned by Thierry Valette since 2000, Clos Puy Arnaud is a benchmark in the Castillon appellation. With the aim of producing fine and fresh wines, Thierry Valette logically certified his vineyard in organic farming in 2001 and biodynamic in 2004. Listening to the terroir and the vine, he offers us fine, fresh and always very balanced. The soil is mainly composed of limestone with asterias, 30 million years old, the vines are planted at an altitude between 75 meters and 100 meters, which provides ventilation and a remarkable luminosity to the bunches of grapes.
