Evelyn Aurelius-Haddock, passionated about the world of wine, has gained valuable experience working with wine merchants and in cellar production. Fluent in multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin!), Evelyn loves the dynamic nature of her role, which combines tastings, vineyard visits, and multicultural exchanges.
Her most cherished tasting memory is of the first wine she ever tasted: a 2003 Coteaux du Layon “Les Quatres Villages” from Domaine Jo Pithon. For a 12-year-old, it was the sweetest treat. Often, it is the first wine that leaves a lasting impression. Her dream is to taste a 170-year-old champagne discovered in a shipwreck in the Baltic Sea.
