Committed, invested and hardworking. He is a wine producer, breeder of cows and sheep in Burgundy with the common thread: the terroir without filter.

THE WINE

Grape variety : Chardonnay
Site : Au sud de la Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet constitue avec Puligny-Montrachet et Meursault la célèbre « Côte des blancs ».
Plot : Located next to the garden of the estate. This is the vineyard where I used to come and play as a child. Nowadays, I go to see this plot every day. During the season, it is the landmark that tells me what the vines need.
Soil : Brown limestone on marl. Marble is known as the mother rock on which chardonnay best expresses itself. The rich clay content of the soil makes it possible to obtain rich and aromatic wines.
