Les Frères TODESCHINI – M de Mangot 2019

Ultra dynamic Saint-Emilionnais, Yann and Karl Todeschini produce this white wine from 3 grape varieties that we have never seen blended before: Chardonnay (the king of Burgundy) and Roussanne (much used in the Rhone), vinified in concrete ovoid tanks to promote fatness and roundness, associated with Colombard (from the South-West) vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its acidity and freshness. The vinification is not very interventionist, the sulfur is almost inexistent and this gives a perfect aperitif wine!
