Winemaker on only 2 ha in the Entre-Deux-Mers, Antonin Jamois wanted to honor one of the historical grape varieties of Bordeaux unfortunately forgotten (hence the name…) following the phylloxera crisis, the CASTETS. Only 1035 bottles of this vintage marked by beautiful spices and a great aromatic freshness despite the heat of the vintage (12.5% vol.)
