Domaine Jeantet Laurent “Le Milieu de Montmelliant” 2017

This cuvée, produced in less than 1000 bottles, comes from the heart of this land where the old Chardonnay vines (in integrated culture) draw all the essence of the middle kimmeridgian (alternating marls with exogyra virgula and limestone). The Mont-de-Milieu climate is located on the southeast side of the Grands Crus hill, ideally exposed on a steep and regular slope. The grapes sorted on the vine are then delicately pressed, then the juice was vinified and aged in barrels with precision and sensitivity to offer all the typicity of Chablis climat de Mont-de-Milieu.
