THE PROPERTY

The domain of Triennes is so named because the three Burgundian owners were inspired by the “Triennia” Bacchanales which took place every three years under the Roman Empire. Jacques Seysses (Domaine Dujac) and Aubert De Villaine (Domaine de la Romanée -Conti) joined forces in 1990 with Michel Macaux and bought the property. Their know-how shines through today in this rosé from Provence with an exceptional quality-price-pleasure ratio. Since 1997, Rémy Laugier has managed the vinification. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2014. The night harvest allows us to obtain this pretty pale color, while preserving an aromatic nose of red fruits.

WINE

To the eye, its color is clear, a pretty pink. Its nose reveals an interesting bouquet of grapefruit, marshmallow, strawberry and peach. On the palate, the wine is light, digestible and very discreet, with no residual sugar or acidity. Pairings with savory dishes such as almonds, olives or grilled fish will do it justice. But the best ally of this rosé remains, without a doubt, the sun. Very pale color. Aromatic nose of red fruits and marshmallow. Red fruits and citrus notes contribute to the aromatic complexity. Round, harmonious and well-balanced palate. Freshness and elegance.
