Château Grand-Boise « Jadis » Rosé 2021 – Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire

THE PROPERTY

The Château Grand-Boise vineyard is made up of 45 hectares of vines. Part of this vineyard surrounds the 17th century bastide which majestically overlooks the Arc Valley. The rest is scattered throughout the estate, the vines are planted in terraces on the mountainside. With its 77 plots, the estate forms a rich and varied ensemble with a high proportion of old vines.

Located between 300 and 640 meters above sea level, with 80% of the plots on the north face, Château Grand-Boise is an atypical estate with greater thermal amplitudes than in the valley. The balances obtained are thus more conducive to the production of great wines. Here are expressed the freshness, the tension and the minerality, surrounding this Mediterranean vine.
