Committed, invested and hardworking. He is a wine producer, breeder of cows and sheep in Burgundy with the common thread: the terroir without filter.

THE WINE
Grape variety : Chardonnay
Site : The 1er Cru Morgeot appellation covers 58 ha and is divided into 21 climates. Our plots, Petit Clos and Tête du Clos are located just below Romanée and Grandes Ruchottes.
History : the Burgundian monks of Cîteaux set up the vineyard in Morgeot around 1150, a place called Chassagne-Montrachet, and built the Abbey.
Soil : clay on the bottom of the plot and rocks and limestone on the top, this terroir will allow to produce rich, harmonious and mineral wines.
