“This 2013 offers a good compromise between power and finesse. Despite sixteen months of aging in barrels, 80% new, the woodiness is very discreet. The bouquet, already well opened and very pleasant, marries floral notes (violet, rose) and fruity (berries). Still fresh, the mouth offers aromas of stone enhanced by a mineral touch. Its still young and lively tannins, which call for keeping, will ensure a good evolution.”
